4-1-2-1-2 WD is the counter for the hex. Currently hex counters 4-4-2...

WD might be interesting: i can switch from that to ND, 4-4-2, 3-1-4-2 or 3-5-2 V without any sub.

Have you got some examples of same Q results with it or just based on weaker teams walkovers?

What a bad day for us in the league. Started with 4-4-1-1. No goals in the first half. Second half switched to 4-5-1 v style. Not working against 4-4-2 anymore. Than switched to 4-3n-2-1 without result. So we lost our first game. Goal can't be reached anymore. 26-0-0. Nr 2 won today so we have now 3 points clear. Tommorow we face the nr. 2. It's a important match for us. If we can win against 4-4-2 than we have 6 points clear.

Maybe I have used the wrong orders.

Narrow diamond isn't that effective anymore against 4-4-2. Maybe I had played mixed passing instead throug the middle and down bot flanks

0-6 vs a 1 q weaker team last matchday in my alts team league. ND works perfectly vs 4-4-2 based on flanks and might suffer when it s used through middle. If you have an AMC able to switch on a side with just one sub you can go from ND to 3-5-2 V and counter the through middle 4-4-2 just fine.

0-6 vs a 1 q weaker team last matchday in my alts team league. ND works perfectly vs 4-4-2 based on flanks and might suffer when it s used through middle. If you have an AMC able to switch on a side with just one sub you can go from ND to 3-5-2 V and counter the through middle 4-4-2 just fine.

and witch orders did you used and arrows on the diamond. The ND is one of my favourite formation. I have a AML/AMC. So I can switch to the 3-5-2 v. But I saw today that 4-4-2 beats the narrow diamond. But there was a quality difference between those teams with 10 points. 4-4-2 had 34.1 and the diamond 24.6

which formation is current the best counter for 4-4-2 ?

Use the 4-1-4-1 against 4-4-2.Been using it whole season against same quality and once a higher quality team and won all by at least 2 goals.Use the attacking arrows on dmc and the ml and mr with mixed passing.
Worth a try!

Match Report: Good win for us. we were away when the match took place and forgot to change the formation before but was able to join around half time

We switched the formation from 4-4-2 to 3-1-4-2 at half time and got the result with in 4 minutes by Carrillo at 49' and as usual Pavan scored one more goal and we finished with the Master's goal with 3-0.

my CL draw is pretty tense:




in both groups #1 plays vs #2 and #3 vs #4, so TraktorSehma will probably lose and fom FC will probably win, but I dont think fom FC will catch up in goal difference. (btw, its goal difference then scored goals then direct duell in a tie, right?)

So my match vs la fleche will probably decide if i play vs a Q45 or a Q59 team. First game I drew 1-1 at home, with 47% possession, but it was only 4% crowd bonus and him watching, me not (was in holidays). I cant lose, even a 0-1 loss is enough for him to be up in goal difference^^

But then again, I shouldnt underestimate a Q45 team, I went out of cup vs a Q50 one...
