Players contract ends this season question?

i wanna know if i have a player which contract is ending. can i sell him tomorrow or is he away`?

my player is 20 and the contract ends...wanna sell him tomorrow...have i to confirm a new contract or is he tomorrow in my team to sell?

Myself is Level one, but as I suggest, the career ends and the Player is away. But what I've found in this forum is that you will receive a new Player automatically.

Anyone here to confirm this?

If your player contract expires at the end of the season, the player will remain in your squad for 7 days after seasons end. During these 7 days you have an option to either resign him, or release him. If you want to sell the player, you must do it either today, or wait until tomorrow, resign him, then sell him.

I have two players, now last season I could not get a concrete answer so I signed them with a few hours to go before the final whistle blew and the server shut down.
Are you 100% sure you get 7days to sign them up again?
Also does the signing on fee change.
EG. ST 20yo 5* 38, wage demand 120k signing fee 450k. does this remain the same or change as he will be 21 and lose a star and value tomorrow?
Have you actually done this with your players or just what you have heard?.

It seems like I get 2 seasons anyway. Did you get threee?

No! it was late or early depending on your mentality, checked again later, must have been dreaming 2 years and it was wages that had gone up another 10% which is strange as they were a year older.

You may as well sign them as they come due at the start of the season if you intend keeping them the following season.
If not sure as others have said don't, and leave skill points off until you decide.

I really thought it would have been 3 new years. Next time i might as well sign them before the season ends.

Accy, I do it every year. I have 4 players off contract today, I will wait until tomorrow to resign them, & they will still be in my squad.

How many did you sign this season, just asking as I thought I had a bug in finances on the first day.
Daily wages where showing 676K, which I was surprised to see as normally it shows '0'.
On reflection I signed two players new contracts when the server came back on line, wondering if in fact if it was the one off payments and not wages as stated.
I have resigned players before but usually before the server shuts down, pretty sure the one off payments did not go onto daily wages but could be wrong.
Or does all contract payments get allocated to transfers.
