[HELP] How can I buy a player from a friend? [HELP]

Title pretty much says it all, How do I go about buying a player from a friend?

The friend is a lot further on in the competition than me. (Higher managerial level) and has agreed to sell me their lowest (starred) players.

I can't see my friend on my "friends fixtures" list so don't know how to go about buying a player from them.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can't. Unless their player turns up in your negotiation listing. Which is doubtful if they're higher level.

Other friends are on my "friends fixtures" list though and it allows me to bid for their players... Can't understand how I can bid for certain friends players and not others.

You can only bid for players that show in your transfer or negotiation list. You cannot just go to a team and select players to bid for.

Sure you need to be level 4 too.

When you reach level 4 you can negotiate for players but only under the following circumstances;

1) they appear on your negotiation list.

2) they play for a friend on the same server (their matches would be listed on your friends' fixtures) and the player you want is 3-5* for you.
