The only build you have to get correct is the last one since you can't build again to change the day your youths arrive.

Youth Academy – appear on day 1 of new season will lose a star and age before you get them, so aim for day 2

* if you build L10 on these day, they will not arrive on day 2, but in a future season, they will.
