What is other people's experience of injuries? If you've actually kept track of it and have figures then great!

I did.

I don't know if I'll bother to track injury data again, because it was quite a bit of extra work, my numbers from that season generally mesh with Nordeus' past statements on the issue, and those numbers compare pretty closely to the real-world injury studies I've read.
