There is really nothing you can do except waste boosters.

Until Nordeus gets off their collective asses and gives us information on how morale works so WE CAN PROPERLY PLAY THE GAME!!!, then its all you can do but hope that your players get 8's and 9's for ratings after each game, otherwise 5/6/7 will mean that you lose morale every day.
