So what your saying is we should never complain? I run my own business and I wish you were one of my customers!!! If I had a flaw in my business and a customer pointed it out to me what do you think would happen if I said 'tough you'll just need to get over it!'.
I've had my business for 13 years and whenever a customer points something out to me I take it on board and if it improves my company I implement that change. Not only that about 3 or 4 times a year I actually ask my customers what I could do to improve my service to them or come up with ideas myself and ask them what they think. And i believe that is the reason why about 90% of my customers have been coming to me for over 10 years. I don't have to rely on getting new customers because I take care of my loyal regular customers who keep my diary full.
That is what, in my opinion, any good company should be doing, look after their loyal regular customer.
