Season review KIRCHROA FC

League

For the first time we have a 26-0-0 season. The last 2 seasons we were close by the 26-0-0. Now I'm happy that we made it. It was a great season. We scored 123 goals. This season we had a lot of goals against us. The most out a corner or counterattack.

CL

For the 6th time on the row we won the cup. It was in some matches a though season. This season we have won undefeated the CL. On the moment we are undefeated for 36 games in de CL. 34 wins and 2 draws.

Cup

We were further in the cup then last season. We were eliminated in the play off round. So our goal for next seasons is to go further then the play off round.

Conclusion

A perfect season for our team. Except the cup round. We have now 6th time on the row won the league and the CL.

PLAYER OF THE SEASON

For the 3th time is David Fraile the player of season. A very important player for us. Next season he shall be promoted to Captain from our team.




We sell now our one role DL Shane Brennan and our reserve GK Juan Izmendi.

2nd place - Peder Mikalsen (DL/DC)
Great game in defensive. After season have 1 goals, 1 assist, 4 MOTM in 21 games in league.

1st place - Noel Flood (ST) and Jorge Icassetti (ST)
Noel Flood - Start of season was for him. He scored 8 goals in first 3 games. After season have 17 goals, 4 assists, 4 MOTM in 20 games in league.
Jorge Icassetti - End of season was for him. Back after injury - last 7 games and his 8 goals and 2 assists. After season have 11 goals, 4 assists, 1 MOTM in 14 games in league.

Well I finished 2nd today in the league, the first time I have failed to win the league (I'm level 9, going to be level 10 tomorrow).

What is annoying is that I lost it on goal difference. Both me and the winning team had 71 points, I had +119 goals, while the winner ended on +125. The annoying part is that in todays final match I beat the 5th place team 4-1 early on in the day, meaning that if the other team that could catch me won by less than 4 the league was mine.

He played his game about two hours ago, and his opposition has put a midfielder in goal and deliberately played an illegal formation, gifting the title to his opponent that went on to win 9-0. Got a feeling that the winner was playing against his second account today so can't help but feel a little miffed.

The consolation is that I won the Champions League yesterday for the 5th consecutive year.

What this season has done however is stop my continual league title records - but that might be a blessing in disguise really. I was put in a league with 4 other teams that were really strong, where every player was a scout or above. I had spent big on Tokens to get a really strong squad in days 1-3 in this season (I Token farm like mad, but never buy) and was confident I had a strong enough team to win the league. I feel however that T11 has almost deliberately pitted me against strong teams (either fellow Token farmers, or Token buyers) this season to try and get me to open up and use Tokens.

I am confident however that my current team who were so unlucky to not win the title this year (due to the goal difference farce) will be more than good enough to win promotion next season, and should be good enough to qualify for Champions League football. With that in mind, and with my consecutive title wins gone, my aim in future is to just qualify for the Champions League each year. With that in mind I think my Token spend in the next month will be quite low.

I have currently farmed 1268 Tokens into my bank. I plan to sit on these all next season and farm like mad again to hopefully have an arsenal of around 1500 or so come the next season. Dependent on who I am up against then I might spend Tokens or try to keep the same team for a third season.

FC Halifax Town are now entering a period of recession. No player investments for a while - we are going from being a Barcelona looking for silverware in every completion to a Arsenal, content on securing Champions League football.
