Free kick specialist is the best according to me. Penalty specialist is useless. Dribbler is avg. Shadow striker and corner specialists are good.

Shadow strikers are useless if you don't play them as an attacking midfielder. Just based on my experienced with a shadow striker who can play as ST/AMR/MR

Your best option is probably free kick specialist

4-5-1v was never a solid counter for 4-1-4-1 since both are similar formations but the 4-1-4-1 being the more defensive variant of the 4-5-1 formations. I would say to beat 4-1-4-1, you can use 3W-5-2 flat or 3W-4-3 flat

We have an advantage going into the 2nd leg here after a comfortable win against dhica041008Fc. Though it was hard to break them down and we could tell the formation wasn't really working. We were dominating possession but couldn't find a way through. We had chances from Petersen Jr and Papaleo to take the lead but we kept missing. It was the two who worked together to find the first goal, Papaleo running through on goal and setting up an easy goal for Petersen Jr to tap in. Then things got worse for dhica041008Fc, Cepero was sent off for a bad tackle and with the man advantage we scored a 2nd goal, this time it was Papaleo who scored it. The game suddenly went quiet and we didn't score any more, our opponents didn't really threaten but had a chance in the end to score but our defence headed out the corner.
