is it worth it to spend tokens on youth players that are 4*??? I never buy them man.. i just sign the free one and release the token one. What's the point in buying a player that's low 4 star?

normally 21T and 24T, player are really good in trainning. The facts that this season i can't find any decent player for this position. and then a 24T arrrive. i sign him. normally he will play very well for the first 5 matchs.
