Thanks for the reply MDKII, but due to this "system game error" I lose £40 million and promotion...? correct?

Do i get any compensation for this?? as I can appreciate it doesn't happen very often, but the fact it has happened, what do i get out of this balls up made by T11 and no fault of mine?

I spend real cash and a lot of time daily playing this game, and this is how I am treated?

It can not be hard to arrange a play off game? (like the rules) but as this it to late to play (due to the lateness of the reply to my email 4 days ago before the new season started) what suggestions can be done, maybe 50 tokens or £40 million for compensation would be a nice goodwill gesture?

I apologize for the delayed reply. I was looking into the issue yesterday and trying to find out what exactly had happened.

At the moment, if absolutely all stats are identical at the end of the season, it is determined randomly who won. This is probably what has happened on your end. We realize however that this isn't a fair solution, so we'll be making changes to it so there isn't such a random factor in play. I am sorry that this has cost you your League position.

That now makes it two instances in which the information in the rules and prizes is incorrect.

Champions league rules and prizes still says that from the QF onwards, the draw is random (it is not)

and

League rules and prizes says that there is a playoff game to determine ties for championship or qualification to other competition.

If you don't make the Champions League, then you are better off failing promotion altogether.

I understand it is good for catching up and improving the quality of your team that season in order to win that season.

When you fail on getting promoted though, do you qualify for the champion's league of the current level if you did so last season? Or is the champion's league by default only for those in top 4 who have of course been promoted?

I don't agree, I miss out on larger prize cash per game in the higher league per game too, and higher scout players to purchase.

Anyway the point is, I should have been either promoted or had a play off game, but I had neighther. Sooooo what is T11 going to do to compensate me and my team please?

Thanks Cat, I did PM him 4 hours ago, so I will wait to see if he replies.
But at the end of the day it's T11s fault, so why shouldn't the forum and everyone know about this and if compensation is given out like it should, then it's a good thing for T11, as it shows they are willing to accept the mistake and keep the players playing knowing they will be looked after...
