It depends on what level you are, when you promote your players will lose a star
at lv1 20-24 is 5* but at lv2 it's 4* so a 5* is between 25-29 and so on
Lv 3 30-34
Lv 5 40-44 is 5* but at level 6 40-44 is 4*
