try with an actice manager same star(not quality) of the best 11. see if you can win more than 50%. 442 has a weak point at the center but not really see a tatic should counter it

i wouldn't say the weakness is the middle. They say the same about 4-3N-3 having weak flanks, however the correct approach is to attack through the middle.

It really depends on the quality and I'm very sceptical about counter formations. I generally use my best formation that I can use and that tends to work for me.
