Any reasonable explanation for such results?

yeapp,, I too play against not symetric formations (in my case I win) and I really think that is not "nice" that this type of formations are not illegal... ...really I wanna see the Real Madrid (for example) playing with 3 MC's in the right side of the field and 1 in the left... alone in the dark xDD

so, this result = illegal formation based on guy's that are drunk and can not make symetrical formations due... you know, they are.. and the formation is legal, and, with a legal formation these 2 teams are more effective than you. That's all.

That was my team that played asymmetrical formation And it actually not so asymmetrical, I just put one of my MC's right on his only MC. But the ridiculous part is that I had more shots and more possession and lost 1:4 playing defensively both games. My defense is better than his offense, my defense did well playing on the road. But he scores just as many as he needs to win. Well, that's just top-11.

If you look at the ratings my players got in those 2 Cup games you can notice the guy who played DC - Angersbach. He got 8 in both games. His natural positions are DR/DMR. And he never gets 8 when he plays DR or DMR. Usually 6 or 7. I can't figure it out.
