Its not Nordus's responsibility. If it was they would spend all day running around sorting out videos that don't pay out. Nordeus get there cut straight from the supplier (TokenAds) after that it is TokenAds responsibility to make sure there system works.
I would stick to the Facebook videos as they seem to always pay out. Other than that if you watch a video from a video supplier and you don't receive you token straight after i wouldn't keep watching other viedos, I would try else where.
