I'm going to re-open this thread because there are a few more things that need clarification.
Yes, I'm at the office here so I generally try to follow up with and share what information I can.
At the moment, I suggest checking whose offers you do before you do them, and if you see a trend of a certain offer providers not offering satisfactory service, to just not do their offers anymore. If you are consistently having issues with certain providers, you can also let us know which ones and we'll see whether there is a large-scale problem with anyone in particular.
The reason why we can't offer support for other payment providers' offers is because that is their service, not ours. We also couldn't physically manage to set aside that much time for their tickets, since we also have our own tickets to do. I know it's frustrating and I'll forward the issue further, but for now, that's the official answer.
We had our Nordeus Hackathon event this weekend and we were making sure it was going smoothly for the teams participating. But even without that, we don't work on weekends. Sorry.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but how can you shirk all responsibility and say it is the other providers offer that is the problem? I understand that they can have problems and to say to not do them if you have problems is not really a good way to deal with it. why have problem providers on your site? we have to complain to both nordeus and the provider to be able to properly deal with this from our prespective because nordeus should be tracking which providers are problems and refuse to deal with them until they fix the issue. I have had several occasions where the packs or tokens dont pay out and these are from the watch the video and earn tokens from your own website, so I just find it hard to believe that none of the respnsiblity is yours. you are the first line of contact for anything that happens on your site and to go to contact the other provider should not be our issue since its a problem with the provider giving out payment in tokens/packs that belong to nordeus. again i am aware that they are untimately responsible, but you have a duty to make sure that they pay out. if they are chronic abusers of not paying out, you have to dump them or it looks bad on nordeus. your image takes a hit for everything that goes wrong regardless of who is responsible. bad results, bad csutomer service, or bad advertisers, it all adds up. nordeus needs to step forward and take responsibility and show the public that they have things under control and will deal with all issues related to nordeus. there are a ton of threads here that dont show that.
