You see....this is the frustrating part.....i recently had a similar problem regarding watching video and getting no condition packs in return AND i followed all the steps in detail before you ask......so i contacted Nordeus support for help.....only to be told you will have to get in touch with the providers.
NO.... NO.... NO , Nordeus allows providers to put the offers on the T11 site.....so therefore Nordeus should sort out the issues with them and reimburse the offers that weren't forthcoming........do you know how long it takes to find out who the provider is and how long it takes us to even attempt to resolve the issue!!
Its very easy isn't it , for Nordeus to say contact the providers , do Nordeus actually even know what videos are not giving the condition packs as offered....do they look at the video themselves...to see all is as it should be? I suspect not ? I could tell you ! Yet they allow these providers onto their site...advertising ....and then not giving up the offers.....ultimately it just reflects on Nordeus!
