I'm going to re-open this thread because there are a few more things that need clarification.

NO.... NO.... NO , Nordeus allows providers to put the offers on the T11 site.....so therefore Nordeus should sort out the issues with them and reimburse the offers that weren't forthcoming........do you know how long it takes to find out who the provider is and how long it takes us to even attempt to resolve the issue!!
Its very easy isn't it , for Nordeus to say contact the providers , do Nordeus actually even know what videos are not giving the condition packs as offered....do they look at the video themselves...to see all is as it should be? I suspect not ? I could tell you ! Yet they allow these providers onto their site...advertising ....and then not giving up the offers.....ultimately it just reflects on Nordeus!
At the moment, I suggest checking whose offers you do before you do them, and if you see a trend of a certain offer providers not offering satisfactory service, to just not do their offers anymore. If you are consistently having issues with certain providers, you can also let us know which ones and we'll see whether there is a large-scale problem with anyone in particular.

The reason why we can't offer support for other payment providers' offers is because that is their service, not ours. We also couldn't physically manage to set aside that much time for their tickets, since we also have our own tickets to do. I know it's frustrating and I'll forward the issue further, but for now, that's the official answer.

We had our Nordeus Hackathon event this weekend and we were making sure it was going smoothly for the teams participating. But even without that, we don't work on weekends. Sorry.
