How do you play this game?

I will say something honestly now-

Sometimes i feel that formations and orders matter. U beat stronger teams by countering them. And when u make a change u can see the stats change. Arrows too i feel matter somehow. When i used to lose be4, i used to put all my players on red arrows. And that used to show a sudden drop in possession...... So these things kinda show that these things work.
But, if these things work, why do these "troll" results against so weak teams happen???? Why can a team 3* below u beat u when u have countered their formation, while on the other hand, in the next match u can beat a team 1* above u without doing simply anything??? Where does the formations and orders go then??? Or do they never make a difference and the game is programmed in a such a way to externally show us that the changes have changed something, while internally in the ingame, all is the same???
I guess we will never know till Nordeus open their mouths And they will only open it to scream on doomsday..... So all this discussion is in vain

you had to bring the arrows into this didnt you? that is the 1 thing ill attack from the start!!!
whoever said arrows advance/devance your players is a genious. i tested it out many times, and even slammed this on the indo subboard (?) with many other players agreeing with me

a red arrow will advance your player by 1 space
a blue will devance
the GK spot is unavailable

why i say this is because its true. i call it unique, but way too unfinished AND seriously needs to be reworked. if you dont believe my (and i know othersll agree with me too) statements feel free to try it out yourselves

now we all know what a blue does to a backline, they become a sort of makeshift CF (scoring/assisting goals on counters and stuff). if you pay attention to the commentary theyll usually be up and running on an attacking move. we all know CDMs barely go forward and they like to shoot from long range (if youre name is ramos you should see a counselor, somethings up with you dude). try giving a CM a blue arrow and youll see them shooting from afar a lot
lets walk down the dark side (red arrows) of the force. a red on a CF WILL make him a makeshift CB at times. try it out and youll see him make goal line clearances. give the SAMs red arrows and theyll become makeshift SB, they rarely participate in attacks anymore
