    how to gain condition without using rest-packs?

    How do you improve your condition? I heard that once a day there is a scheduled maintenance, after which your players will gain 30 in condition? I didn't seem to receive any such thing today, which meant that my players' condition was really low...

    And then someone challenged me to a friendly match (which you cannot turn down; stupid feature that) so now none of players have a condition above 10%. At this rate, after my league game it will be down to zero and I won't be able to train my players for days :S

    The normal way (wait) or use green health packs.

    Usually when I have finished my daily matches, I check what time the first match the following day is. More often than not, it is at least 16 hours. That gives me a chance to do some training, and then it also leaves a clear 12 hours from them to recover. I don't usually have to use packs, as they recover almost all their condition during the resting hours.

    Eh! 16 hrs = 25%
    Players usually finish with a maximum of 75% left in the tank, what do you train them on?, sleep walking.

    so the apart from resting them (i.e. gaining 5% condition every 3 hours) there is no other way to increase the condition other than using health packs? that's really too bad

    So the best way to get 100% condition going in to league games is by training the players looooong ahead of the league game and then just let them rest their condition up?

    I do the same as Raykco. How did you even get them down to 10%? Or do people always challenge you for friendlies?

    I got challenged to two friendlies during my first day Then I got challenged to another friendly on my second day.
    So after playing today's league game with red condition, most of my players are down to less than 5%.

    Another way to get your players condition up quickly is to rotate your playing squad through games by resting players with the least condition.
