when transfer goes back to 3hr and not this dumb 30 to 40 mins on list idea, on my server at least, it`s a stupid idea and virtually impossible to sell

I really think ratings don't mean anything. I never look at them, seriously.
Is your guy scoring goals or giving assists? Defending well? Does he get overcome in his wing by opponents and cause counter attacks on you?
If you have no complain from his right wing then keep the player.. Reinforce where u really need to..
