I can answer on behalf of Nordeus.

If there is noone interested in buying your rubbish reserve players then you should sack them to free up space. What makes you think someone wants to buy your low quality players?

If you don't want to sack them then you can train them up to the standard you need.

If they are slow trainers and won't get up to a good standard quickly then consider it a lesson. You should buy younger players who can grow with your team each year. Overhauling your entire squad every year to ensure you have a complete 'ending in 4/9' 5 star squad means you may end up with older players who will not grow into the next season. These players may give you short term success but they are financially crippling when you get promoted. They will continue to collect inflated wage packets and noone will want to buy them!

Finances have become a bigger aspect and the managers who are smart with their money and/or buy tokens will have the most success now. The days of chasing the treble every single season without too much work is over I am afraid. Some seasons will be a consolidation season.

Instead of coming here and wasting our precious and your useless time giving us ur useless advices, it will be better if u do something constructive, that is if r capable of doing someyhing constructive. Only people with better respect and time handling skills will progress, others like u will live in the dump.

Ah Mr Joshy! I was expecting a silly response , but yours is just borderline stupid! You need to practise saying "Woof Woof" - Nordeus are in desperate need of a new mascot.

If what you say be the case, then why not lower the retirement age for the players? Also, I take it youre either relatively new OR completely ignorant about how the game is structured. The rating stars of a player are ONLY relative to the level they are in. Im sure you with all your wealth would happily pay a pretty penny for a 23 year old 5* ST with FreeKick SA - after all this is the scout you would buy by the truckload. It would be a surprise to you to know that the exact same player 2 levels above you would be seen as the 3* you so willingly would sack.

I think the others in the forum have also responded with their views - so I will stop here. Suffice to say that I want a response from Nordeus (not their lackey) and if and when we want your expert opinion - we will pretty much prefer to go to a L1 player who knows his arse from his elbow!

hmmm, I wish there were others better than me here......

All players get old and they aren't rubbish, they are simply not adequate for one's level anymore.

We used to be able to sell those players to lower level teams and everybody would be happy.

What happens now is that we can't sell those players anymore and our bank accounts can't catch up.

This is just another scheme: people are forced to sack players and at some point we will have to stay behind or buy tokens to make money.

It's weird that you play the devil's advocate, though...

I think that this jo**** guy is a few cards short of a deck. his reply sounded logical but from a retarded standpoint, or one that is negative to how to play the game properly. you are bang on that someone lower level would normally jump on your 3* player because most likely he is better than what they already have. cant figure out why jo**** cant figure this out.

I respect your opinion. I don't have the new market yet but after i have heard and seen its praises(sarcastic) i don't wanit and hence oppose it. If its working for u its great...and i respect the way u put forwardf ur opinion and why we are against Joshyt is his arrogant and ignorant behaviour. U would know too if u would see his earlier posts asu will know what he means by his posts, he is just a loser who comes here and tells us of his successful life, actually he is not making us understand that he is successful, he is trying to make himself believe that. I'm not going to single out any individuals for abuse - like people have done for me - but let me say this:

The new transfer market is here to stay. It doesn't matter how many threads you make or how much you abuse me or Nordeus. To manage in the new environment you need to adapt. Those that cannot adapt, well it was nice playing with you.
