Have you given any of them the captains armband? Maybe they feel they should be leading the team on the field.

Are they paid well? Perhaps they think you are overpaying lesser players.

Another reason could be your chop and change approach. You say you have changed 5 strikers - is that in one week? They are losing confidence because they know you will drop them if they have a bad performance it could be affecting their confidence.

Also are they getting good service? You can have the best gun in the world but if you are not provided with ammunition the weapon will be useless.

Are you really saying or joking? homesick? not confident?

If not joking then, 2 STs have played 3 consecutive matches scoring a lot and getting good forms, after these matches my team hardly scores 2 goals against 10-15Q lower teams. I had 5 STs, now i have 3 and I am going to sell 1 as he really s***s. Their morale is always on full and energy also. It is impossible that non from the 5 STs play very well.
