Problem with STs

I am playing 4-4-2 or 3-4-1-2 formation. I have 5-6 star Sts. I have changed 5 Sts and I feel like they are not playing, can not make successful passes or shoot. Against teams 10-15Q lower than my they have difficulties to succeed against 2* defense lol. And it is in last 5-6 matches.

I know it is broken game,only random numbers, but can anyone explain what is happening?

as you can see in the past messages in this forum, it is a common "problem"
for sure nordeus changed something in the code and someting has definetly changed in the st vs defenders

Maybe they are unhappy with the facilities at your club.

Are they foreign? Maybe they could be homesick.

Also sometimes players don't agree with the strategy a manager selects so they don't play to their full ability.

Have you given any of them the captains armband? Maybe they feel they should be leading the team on the field.

Are they paid well? Perhaps they think you are overpaying lesser players.

Another reason could be your chop and change approach. You say you have changed 5 strikers - is that in one week? They are losing confidence because they know you will drop them if they have a bad performance it could be affecting their confidence.

Also are they getting good service? You can have the best gun in the world but if you are not provided with ammunition the weapon will be useless.

If you could get back with answers to those questions then I can help you resolve the issue.

If not joking then, 2 STs have played 3 consecutive matches scoring a lot and getting good forms, after these matches my team hardly scores 2 goals against 10-15Q lower teams. I had 5 STs, now i have 3 and I am going to sell 1 as he really s***s. Their morale is always on full and energy also. It is impossible that non from the 5 STs play very well.

i have a striker score 24 in 26 league games last season this season 1 in 6 games and i improved him, i have 3 very good striker`s and non are scoring

Just dont sell any strikers. Becouse when you will buy new one it will be the same. Just play and eventualy will be performing better. Some time ago I was doing the same thing. I was looking at ratings and change "sell-buy" players. That what NORDEUS want. Now im just keeping my players and eventualy they performing better. In my experiance when I sell player that is not performing like they shoud then some other player that has 7-8 now get 5-6. Sell player only when you will by better quality player. This is my advice what will you do is your choise.

People try to analyse and understand this game far too much. It is a very very very simplistic game.

Variables outside your control have a big impact on results in this game - just have to learn to live with things.

I have a question for you, is your team still winning?,if so don't worry about it to much, try to get left footed St for, the left and right footed for the right, set the arrows for them and your midfield to forwards.

Today lost in cup, but yes winning hardly. I have arrows on MC,ML/MR and STs.
