How did I lose....to a neglected team

More than anything, bad luck, you were just on the wrong end of 1 of those results, you probably wouldn't lose to that team again if you played that game 10 more times.

the game should punish such cases. i understand bad luck and the fact that every team has a chance to win even if its only 1% for a weak team but this should apply only when the weak team plays a normal formation and the players are in in their correct possistion. i am sorry but i find it crazy for a weak team to play with 10 players, with wrong possitions and to win. the system should give 0% to win or to draw to this teams. chances to win should have only the best team if they play with wrong formation and wrong possitions

Its possible, for that team to win, 22 (home) vs 29 (away), I don't think the enging recognises wrong positions that great since Goalkeepers of 22 quality can have similar stats to a striker of 22 quality, you only have to look at the quality ratings of all the 3 sections of most players to find its true on balanced players, maybe not so on managers that assign skill points to certain areas, plus you have to remember the rumoured game engine tweak which has supposedly halved the magnitude of strength between 2 teams, what was a difference of 7 quality before the tweak will now seem to play as if the difference was 3.5 quality and with the neglected team playing at home, then the away manager will get just +3 possession, all this factored in can give the home side a small chance of winning the game and if the away side don't play that well and the home side has the 'luck' then a could occur.

I was playing a team away from home recently and I had 15 quality advantage and it was a 2-2 draw, did I complain then I drawn? No.

this is not about complaining because of a defeat from a weaker team. it has happened to all of us and i have no problem to accept this. i dont mind to lose from a weak team some times. i do mind if this happens to often. i don't mind to lose from a weak team if i am playing with 10 players or if i am playing illegal formation or if instead of strikers i am playing with goalkeepers. i also dont mind to lose from a much better team even if they play with 10 players, illegal formation or wrong possitions. but i really do mind to lose from a weaker team doing the above. this is somethig they should fix it

I'm not stalking you but ...... "plus you have to remember the rumoured game engine tweak which has supposedly halved the magnitude of strength between 2 teams" now if I remember correctly this is an assumption made by your self in a previous topic as to the alleged possibility that the engine has changed.
Lets keep this in perspective it's only speculative at best.

as i have wrote to an other thread the best way to destroy the game is when there are many ''Bradford'' cases (suprise results for those who dont get it). the players like normal situations with as less ''unlucky'' results as possible.
