That is sad......... Actually the instuction is pretty clear but some people seems to look over or just click by mistake...... They shud ask atleast thrice before changing teams or they should allow u to return to ur team if u choose to do so within 1 hour or so and after that u can't.......... Lol the new update is scary.....

The last paragraph should be in red that way if people are reading it in English and its not their first language it does give them some kind of visual warning.
Or maybe a mild electric shock
