Why am i losing so much all of the sudden?

then you should know that my team's age is still in the low to mid 20s, my team's avarage is still pretty good with many of my players on the verge of becoming scout once again, you should also know that this is my easiest season in months in terms of the quality of my opponents i haven't had opponents with averages this low since season 5 (i'm talking about league, not champions or cup). pretty much everything you said has been talked about, that's why i asked if you had read the whole thread because it seemed as if you hadn't.
also, i'm not saying that Nordeus changed the game, i don't follow Nordeus close enough (or care to follow) in order to know if they indeed changed the engine or not, whatever, all i'm saying is that its weird that my team (and apparently i'm not the only one) started performing extremely poorly literally from one day to the next, it just seems like something weird is going on...

hopefully this is a sign that things are getting back to normal. won today against the league leader. hopefully this keeps up and i can get back in the top spots of the league...


and i now have a total of 5 injured players in a matter of 2 days... maybe things are getting back to normal...

Ted you're not on your own and your tactics and formations have nothing to do with it, so ignore all that rubbish the others are saying.
I am in the same situation as you if not worse, and its not the first time I have experienced it.
To stay playing with my friend I had to stay behind last season meaning I am now at least 10 points above everyone else this season and my players are all playing 4s and 5s and not just once some of their stats read 44454 or 46454 and that goes for probably seven out of the eleven players. I rotate them regularly and change formations to suit the opposition so its not that I play them too much or play the wrong formations.
I really feel that Nordeus does it to stop the league being a white wash or to penalise teams that may stay behind on purpose and then try and dominate the league next season.
This has happened before where I had to stay behind to stay in the same league as my friend.
I ended up having to sell my players, its hard to do that as you've built them up over time to become scouts and then you have to sell them and start all over again but I firmly believe this is what Nordeus wants you to do so that you don't have a team that is ludicrously better than anyone else in the league.
For those of you that will say "what if you buy all scouts then you would be ludicrously better" surely if you have enough tokens to buy a whole team of scouts then chances you have paid Nordeus for the tokens so they don't mind that or you have watched a million videos of the companies that pay Nordeus to have their videos on their site.
Sorry Ted all I can say is that you can try and stick it out which I will be trying this season or do what I did a few seasons ago and sell them and start again.

I think that is what makes it disappointing for you - you came out to say that it's a "easy league" even before kicking a ball...being superior in terms of quality does not translate into success. At the end of the season, look at who occupies the top 4 and if they are supposedly easier opponents, then by finishing top 4, they have proved that they are not "easy".

I have learned to take the ratings with a pinch of salt & I approach my opening games against new opponents, regardless of stars, cautiously. Only after I feel comfortable that they are indeed "easy" as the season wears on, do I take the pedal off the gas a bit.
