Need advice in advance for my youngsters academy

Dear T-11 seniors, I've just gotten 2 U-21 youngsters which one is 4* player and 2* player. The 4* player must be paid with 18 tokens to get his service and the other is just for free. I've sign a contract with the free one, but still waiting for advice to sign the other. In any case, could the U-21 player be a fast trainer player or it just an ordinary player with decent stat? thank you for the explanation (^_^)v

Whether to sign or not, up to you. Despite that it is almost end of the season and he'll lose one star next week, Im pretty sure you can train him up to at least 5 star before season ends.

The token ones are usually fast trainers. Since he cost 24T then he is at the higher end of the spectrum. I'm guessing in two full day of training he will be 5 stars. So far all the 24T youths I receive have been fast trainers.

Again, it is a matter of preference whether u sign him or not. You can go into a bidding war for youth players, so spending 24T at one go is a price for convenience. Of course if he was generated on the last day of the season I would opt not to sign him. Personally I've singed a couple of 4star players who are currently a regular in my team and one of them is still training his socks of rather slowly since I don't train him every hours but 3x a day.

I always avoid bidding for youth players and rely on my academy, tho I don't sign all of them.

If he was in a position that you really require then maybe it is a good idea to do so & sign him. Despite his 4 star I am pretty sure he will pick up a few MoMs along the way...

It will be worth buying if the player is fast trainer, he will surpass the 6* or even 7* player if we train him really good

Do not waste 18-24T to sign youth academy in the end of season..
with 18T+, i can get 6-10 nordegens 5* player few point to scout at the begining of new season and power training them to 7*(even more) with green bosters.. Nordegen also superfast trainer and better Quality than youth acadmy..

Om jimmy kan memang langganan nordgen dia, sebaiknya cari di jam 10-2 siang krn saat itu banyak nordgen bermunculan, dan server juga tidak begitu ramai, kalo mau bersabar sebaiknya tunggu setelah hari ke 4-5..

Better for looking nordgen at 10am-2pm in Indonesia, because the server not too crowded at that time..
And I prefer to buy any players in 4-5 days after the start of season to avoid bidding war..
