the substitution did not happen, but was still counted as one of the three substitutions

this latest update suppose that solved this problem

since play ejected, the score was changed from level 1-1 to loss 1-4.

well, it's a typical case when the final result is fixed from the beginning.
it's doesn't happening often but ,
nobody can convinced me that it doesn't happening some times
In those rare cases, I 'm not trying to explain the game, I just thinking
sh..t I shouldn't attend that game
