You are a much experienced manager...

1) Sign daily contracts...
2) Maintain small squad or 22 player squad so that you can play friendly matches...
3) If you can sign even 1 free agent per season that will do...
4) Try finding out a balance between earnings and win bonus...
5) Train special ability to a player especially shadow striker and one on one scorer and sell them on day 1 of new season......
