I lose my interest for this game! I'm level 26, last three season I remained at this level. That's not o problem, but my financial status is disastrous. Spending with players salary are much MUCH MUCH higher than the total income of the club. That's why my budget is in a continuous decrease.
Learn me what I have to do?

You are a much experienced manager...

1) Sign daily contracts...
2) Maintain small squad or 22 player squad so that you can play friendly matches...
3) If you can sign even 1 free agent per season that will do...
4) Try finding out a balance between earnings and win bonus...
5) Train special ability to a player especially shadow striker and one on one scorer and sell them on day 1 of new season......

Friendlies as often as you can.

Are your ticket prices as high as you can without losing full crowd?

when you get Youths from your facilities consider signing them, they have low(ish) wages, and of course selling the freebie generates $.

And when shopping the TL, look for lower waged players.

1. Sign free agent players, and thn sell them back >> "the most effective"
2. Win every games, especially cup/cl games.
3. Sell your star players who r on the bench, especially young player.
4. Buy player around 26-28 years old, cause they will be cheaper than young player.

Above those levels financial management becomes more important than before, In my level in order to keep a 17 players team you need only for salaries around 800M per season. I tend to have a short team and resisting temptation to buy new players for positions i allready cover satisfactorilly, at the same time i play occasionall (to minimize injuries) friendlies.
