    Question Number "1930"

As you might know Nordeus has released the new features where you can take over a club, you'll need to enter "1930" to confirm taking over. As I researched a few stuffs, and 1930 has some kind of references.

Year 1930 is the year where the first FIFA World Cup started. This year's World Cup is the 21st edition. They were competed by teams that are invited (not from usual qualifications) so you will seen some unusual teams like Bolivia and Romania there. France's Lucien Laurent is the person to score the first ever World Cup goal aganist Mexico, where the match ended with a thrashing 4-1 win for the French. The tournament was won by Uruguay, who beats Argentina 4-2 in the final. Uruguay's another World Cup title is in 1950 in Brazil, where the deciding match saws Uruguay upsets Brazil 2-1 in an absolute disaster that are now known as Maracanazo.

Just let me add that before FIFA started the World Cup, the world champion was determined by the winner of the Men's Football at the Summer Olympics.

That's why Uruguay uses 4 stars in their badge, since they had won the gold medal in 1924 and 1928. And that's why the first world cup was held in Uruguay, since they were considered the world champions in title.

After 1930, the Olympic tournament became a competition for amateur players only, however FIFA doesn't say yes or no about the titles won before 1930 still counting or not. Probably if it was a bigger nation, they would be assertive about it.

Olympics is now a U-23 tournament, with an agreement reached that players who play for their nation in EURO will not participate in the Olympics as a 3 overage quotas
