yes all the other mods can't, but pricop can.
but in the end not forget that what mods ask, devs do... I don't think they reject what mods ask

i was banned (some mods here remember) from mdkii (with him i had some problems months before) just the day before he left his job...no reasons. he took the revenge.
not to mention how here there is a lobby of forumers that orders bans from time to time...
