I did a small audit of training of my top 7 players who advance the most Gain points through training. The players were set to Normal training.

I did 3x Stretching added the numbers

2 x cardio and averaged and multiplied by 1.5

1 x practice match

Results. Stretching is the worst in all 7 players

Cardio was first in 2 out of 7
And Practice match was best in 5 out of 7

Obviously the statistics aren't large enough to be 100% conclusive .

I will try it again tomorrow when they are rested but I am pretty sure it will be similar.

I will probably minimise the use of stretching as this is the least efficient way to train the players.
