Can you score the goals to make up the Goal Difference on the last day? You need to outscore your opponents by at least 3 because if it is exactly 3 you win by goals scored.

Same thing happened to me last year, won my league without dropping a point, won the CL 8 -1, lost the cup in the last minute of extra time!!!!
