he is one of the worst teams in my league I'm playing against a guy today whos team is average 115.5 compared to my 114.6

Nothing. You get on 21. level. I wanted to say (it also depends on which server you are) that you get in league with more active players. For example on level 18 i and maybe one more were active players, and on level 21 they are 5 of us playing everyday.

And max level is 37 for now
