It probably really depends on the server. Maybe it also has to do with the league level. The game decided to put me into Level 3, although I am in 2nd season. I don't know if that is the reason why there are plenty of quality players on the markets. My scout list is full of 7* players.

If I had a scout list of 7* players because of playing a league higher, I'd fill my boots!
