Investing Money in stadium or not?

i have made all possible upgrades except the board and the WC.
All the other upgrades are locked and from what i saw the stadium too.
So i will go for the upgrades that i can and then decide what to do.

Regarding the seating upgrades. It says that they speed up stadium building ect, but that isn't true right? I remember it took 16 days the last time with upgraded seating. And it's taking 16 days again with no seating upgrades.
