    I wouldn't pay a huge amount of attention to these either, as long as the formation isn't illegal.

    Footballers break legs, suffer concussions and tear ligaments to become out for 6 months in ordinary stretchings IRL as well. It's rare but it happens...

    I never strectch before games... Why lose condition before games,and sometimes even injure players?

    Its not real. Celtic Rangers DC just suffered 2 days concussion warming up. Suppose it was because he trained at Hobbiton FC's new indoor pitch?

    Yes there is no logic, that's why it's funny to see people starts lot of threats about which formation beats another and do arrows work... Its all nonsense and random
    Its would be nonsense to say formation and tactic would make a difference but training not
