Contract expires renewal

Hi guys,

First post here,

Wondering when is the best to renew the contract of a player that has one year left.

Wait until the following season when it expires? Can the player leave after the season completes? or refuse to sign the following season?

or just renew on the current season?

Hi welcome to the forum..
Normally, yes..they will leave on the 1st day of the new season if u are not going to renew their contracts..
Best is to renew immediately which players U think are very good for your team in the long-run.that will motivate him to player better for your team for the left of the season..other than that, the ones u still need consider then leave until 3-4 games b4 the season end then u decide...if overall he perform badly then u should not renew.just sell it off (normally the trick to sell it off is you change his name to some famous star in that possitions..like David beckam or Christiano Ronaldo or Messi and etc..bet people will jump to fight for bidding them...kekke) then u can save the cash n token to buy a better player in the 1st few days of the season...
