That's exactly the point. I haven't checked again with Devs, but my opinion is that of course SA works, and depending on the kind of abilities and frequency of action the impact will change. Again this is my personal opinion, but I would guess that a penalty kick would be influenced by SA quite often, but probably not 100% of passages from a Playmaker will be influenced.

Now if you want to hear specific things like: 75% of passages from a Playmaker are influenced by SA, or that a player with SA has 10% more chances of scoring a penalty that a player without that SA let me tell you that I don't see that happening, and also what would be the point?

If everyone knows that X action increases scoring chances by X% then everyone will do that!
