Well.. I got it, sort of, on the new Season day..
I have an achievement!
I'm *old*! But ya'll knew that.
I guess it might depend on how much historical data for each team that they have saved.. like when they put in the "History" feature, it only has data included since that started.
Expressed above is my own opinion. ☻ Your results may vary.

please somebody explain this tab properly,is it just a feature starting from today/ new season on Sunday??? as it shows no previous histories such as my treble wins and length of time playing,30 wins,100 team goals etc or is really for new managers only ???

One of my teams just won the Cup and, for the first time on any of my 3 teams, straight after the match I got a pop up message about the New Achievements feature and the team now has the Achievements tab in the manager bar. Still doesn't show any progress yet but either something is happening just now or the win was a trigger or its just another coincidence.
It probably still being tested, otherwise we already had oficial anoucement here.

I think this new feature is in testing process because I should achieve most of what are shown there.

Slight correction, it will for the Triple Crown and Old School Achievements. For the rest will start from zero. Some advantage for old managers, some advantage for everyone else too!
