cup games and if in champion`s league look at there squads and send friendship request that way, you can do same with league but unlikely they will sell as you are in same league

edit: also what level are you as you can only make offer`s from level 4 and upwards

i have already friend listed with my friend, he is my FB friend also
but when i see his squad and press for his player, and no appear the make offer button to me.
