Is there any way I can check to see if my old team has been deleted? I've not been on for roughly 110 days and was told by Nordeus support that it COULD take 120. But I want to know if it has been deleted yet, I tried to submit a ticket or talk to someone from support but I need my team Id and the only way to get that is to log in, ha!

They told you that long?!?? Uhm.. it's usually sixty to seventy days as far as I know. If you haven't been on in that long, it is almost certainly gone, or full of old retirees.

I actually stopped playing about a year ago, waited 60 days and it was still there. Stopped playing again and went back on in March, still there! So that's when I contacted support and all I got was "you have to wait 60 to 120 days" so I set a date to remind me in my phone and it's next week for 120 days.

I'm too scared to log in incase it's still there and restarts the timer! But I don't wanna wait till next week haha

Why don't you login with a 2nd account that's friend of your main on facebook and see if the team is still around ?^^
You wont be able to see a deleted team as far as i know

Done that before too before the last time I logged in I spoke to a mate and they said my team had gone off their list so that's when I logged in and bam! Still there

Found my team Id in an old email to them! Sent off a request haha

yah it sucks when Nordeus take up to 3 months to delete a team..it should be faster- few days or a week.. can't understand whats so hard about it.. You just give away your team to a bot manager and then create another team-if you only had the oportunity to chose if you want to keep your curent level or start over from level 1..

I don't understand why we can't just request it be deleted! Or a reset statistics button from the menu!

You could Take Over a different team, a level 1 if you want..

The team ID have to be saved for security, we never know^^
