I actually stopped playing about a year ago, waited 60 days and it was still there. Stopped playing again and went back on in March, still there! So that's when I contacted support and all I got was "you have to wait 60 to 120 days" so I set a date to remind me in my phone and it's next week for 120 days.

I'm too scared to log in incase it's still there and restarts the timer! But I don't wanna wait till next week haha

Check in October, if it's still there, get the ID and nag them.
