Negotiations start to give my a headache

i am in level 6 and i dont know how to get in negotation my players, i want to sell one of them but i cant couse it is not possible to sell him with negotation.......could anyone tell me how can i fix this problem ?

There isn't any market for negotiations. Only other people (in the same server) can make offers for your players.

Your players are automatically listed in negotiations if they are 1 or 2 skill points from their next star.
