After some short hospitalization The PaceWhores manager is back to work and ready to take on another season!

Quick note: as most of you already know The PaceWhores won the League last season, finished with 72pts, last 2 games being 5-0 and 1-0 wins.

This season:

2 more signings were made and 1 veteran sold (tribute to him and new players introduction in The PaceWhores showcase thread).

The first Cup match we won 7-0 with 3 goals from Lucas Walker, 1 goal scored by Miskiewicz, McInnes, Ortega and Crank. Ortega also grabbed the MOTM award (currently being just 1* because the entire squad has +300 unassigned SPs that will be assigned on 3rd day of the season).

Radzio is one cone away from retaining scout status, so will be a scout within the hour too.

The first scout in today was 22yr old 119Q Goalkeeper Simon.
He was followed by the next 22yr old 119Q Central Defender Khediri.
Third up was another 22yr old, 118Q Right Midfielder Szilagyi
Next in was another 22yr old, 117Q Central Midfielder Buff
Another Central Midfielder, again just 22yr old and 117Q, Condesso came in next
Last in was another 22yr old Scout, 118Q, Right Midfielder Lechner.

They are joined by last years scout who became 7 star last season, Leonard Ozturk, who is just 23 now, again being brought in when just 22 yr old.

In game money has taken a fair bit of hammering today, but with $569M in the bank its nothing to be concerned about. Just waiting on one MR to be sold to sign Lechner up.

399 red, 427 blue and 227 green tokens (although I will probably use another one or two greens to sort Radzio out once he has got his star). Ending on 6,605 Tokens currently.

Not a bad first day at all.

Don't connect your team to your wife's account. Had to start all over.

Where did you place last season?
I started a new team with 4 days left in the season and the team I took over was in 1st place. So basically I didn't really finish.

Pretty much my whole team. At least those over 24 years old

We finished the preliminary CUP

Winning 11: Won in style AGG 14-1 to level 13 team ..we are level 10 ..although our quality is the same 67.7 (mine) vs 67.9 ( Yot FC from England)

Tuan DM FC: Won 8-1 AGG to a level 11 team.. We are level 9

Winning Eleven (level 3): Drawn 1-1 after 2 rounds...Almost pee out since We through next round by penalties shoot out...The opponent came back strongly by invested to the players at his level (5) heavily yesterday after they lost 1st leg at their home.. but we managed to win in penalties shoot out...

So in conclusion, We all are through to next round....

After raging very hard about the market, we got to see 5*s on the market at last.

Who do you want to replace? As only have 5* DC & MC, will be looking at wholesale changes.
What are your goals for this season? Promo, CL spot, & 1 trophy.

After winning the "final" season of FPL will be looking at sharing my time more evenly between the 2 teams.

FPL team is in L4, already have 6* keeper. There are 6 active players in S4 FPL, so promo is a given.

Win all 3 cups ofcourse! Going to be a very difficult cup competition as managers drawn are 1 & 2 levels higher, but what the hell, we will give them a run for their money!
