They are the boosters you buy in game.
All "power training" refers to is training players on Hard setting, as often as possible, replenishing condition with green boosters and fixing him with red boosters when he breaks, with the goal of adding Roles, Special Abilities, or just more skill points assigned as you like.
Never use personal trainer it will cost hundreds,even thousands of Tokens. Power training or PT is running certain players through practice/cardio/stretch on high intensity (3bar) training constantly or between matches and accumalating lots of skill points to add to enhance players quality. This will mean though adding rest packs (greens) to keep up players condition whilst PT. You may suffer injuries and need to heal the player (red packs)to continue PT also

Many because he has fun / and or / has lots of money. (yes, there are people with that much money.. heck some lose that in a poker game, at least this lasts longer. :))

Well my team sucked so much this season, I'm outta of the CUP and CL, so I'm for the first time in T11, bored. My Mid-field is so crappy this season, I got me one of these Nordgen and I'm torturing him 3 to 5 times a day with HARD training either/or/together Stretch/Card/Practice, its fun, but he is 19 year old.
When do these guys break or when should I expect his to slow down?
When they get the next star they slow down. Also in age brackets they slow, but I cant remember right now *exactly* (please some chime in that does) but expect him to slow as he gets older.
The breaking part varies, but for sure be prepared to use red boosters on him sometime if you continue training (even the next couple days they seem more prone to break.)
I have a team in my league who has also spent a fortune.He wins the treble every season,and it is impossible to beat him.What is the point of playing when you come up against teams like this.I cant win the league,I came up against him in the the cup and got hammered,and i played him in the Champions League and also got hammered.I have attacked him,played defence against him all to no avail.

18-19-20-21: 100% capacity
22-23-24-25: 50% capacity
26-27-28-29: 20% capacity
30-31-32: 10% capacity
33-34: 5% capacity
Anti-powertraining cap:
150% if 3 stars or less
125% if 4 stars
100% if 5 stars
75% if 6 stars
50% if 7 stars
25% if 8 stars or more
Doesn't work. The game *sees* the skill points to prevent you from power training.
