whats power training

ive seen people talk about power training but i dont understand what it is. i know there is a personal trainer but people are talking about 'packs'. can someone please explain what these packs are and where you can find them

They are the boosters you buy in game.

All "power training" refers to is training players on Hard setting, as often as possible, replenishing condition with green boosters and fixing him with red boosters when he breaks, with the goal of adding Roles, Special Abilities, or just more skill points assigned as you like.

Never use personal trainer it will cost hundreds,even thousands of Tokens. Power training or PT is running certain players through practice/cardio/stretch on high intensity (3bar) training constantly or between matches and accumalating lots of skill points to add to enhance players quality. This will mean though adding rest packs (greens) to keep up players condition whilst PT. You may suffer injuries and need to heal the player (red packs)to continue PT also

Many because he has fun / and or / has lots of money. (yes, there are people with that much money.. heck some lose that in a poker game, at least this lasts longer. )

I have managers on my friends list and many past managers who have squads of this quality,they havent spent anything like,they power train within their budgets and have 9* squads

Some people buy tokens, some farm, some play 35T, some don't care, who knows why people do what they do, they just like to play.
