    Trying out this pt method on a striker.
    His average is 39 def, 44 attack, 41 physical. 41 overall
    Whats the best method of assigning skill points?
    All into attack + physical or do i try keep them all even?

    Attaaverage is +6~11 points higher than defense and all other points to right average...

    when you do power training, which method should i chose:

    1) Get 99% fitness --> hard training for practice match --> use REST to get fitness towards 94-99 ---> do the cardio training on HARD ---> do stretch training on hard ---> use rest pack to get fitness back to 99% and start over again

    or

    2) get 99% fitness --> do hard training for practice match --> cardio training HARD --> stretch training HARD --> use rest packs to get back to 99%

    should i always do training for all three training types or just one of them (practice match)? which is the best in not wasting too many rest packs and still get good training results?

    Been at it all season as I found my defenders only later on in the season.

    I have read most of this post but a quick question still remains: if I do Power Training for my young players only 18-20 yo, the skill points they get, shoudl I apply them right away or wait? What are the advantages of doing so or disanvantages of that?
